Need Prayer?
Prayer connects us with God and lets us reach out to Him.
There is a common assumption that God is too busy to answer our prayers because He takes care of so many people, but the truth is, we have a sovereign God who is available 24/7 to hear our prayers thanks to Jesus.
Jesus prayed often and set an example for how we should pray (Matthew 6:9-13, Matthew 26:36-44). Even though our Heavenly Father knows our needs (Matthew 6:8), He wants us to rely on Him as Jehovah Jireh, our provider.
Let us thank Jesus for giving us the privilege of connecting with our Heavenly Father.John 14:6-7), who shows His Salvation, Grace and love for us through Jesus Christ (John 3:16-17, Isaiah 54:10-11)
In this manner, therefore, pray:
Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors.
Do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
