God is your Refuge.

You are safe & secure in His Presence

PSALM 32:7
"You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance."

Life can be overwhelming. Fear, stress, and the weight of the unknown can feel like an inescapable storm. In the middle of all of it, God offers you a safe place—a hiding place—where your soul can rest (Matthew 11:28-30).

God promises that you can find refuge in Him (Psalm 46:1).

You don’t need to carry all of the weight that carries you down alone. God is your shelter, your shield, and your strength. Let Him be your hiding place today.

Find a quiet space and invite God's presence to dwell with you. God's Holy Spirit in which He promises through Jesus Christ is with you, ready to help you (John 16:7-13). When anxiety rises, breathe deep and say, “God, you are my hiding place.”

Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.

And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in Me; of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.

“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.

JOHN 16:7-13
